The Diet Solution Program is a 180 page ebook by Isabel De Los Rios, a nutritionist and fitness specialist. If you want to avoid gaining weight, fight diabetes, improve digestion, have more energy, get healthier skin, prevent high blood pressure, or simply be aware of how food affects your body, then this book is for you. Stylistically, the book is easy to read with well-organized chapters. It uses clear and enjoyable language. Many readers read it all in one sitting. Lastly De Los Rios offers a lot of practical take-aways, such as recipes, shopping lists, daily meal plans, and workout routines.

 

The Diet Solution Program at its core is not a “program” per se. There aren’t strict guidelines, or regimens that will make your life challenging for a while and then disappointing in the end. Rather, it’s a roadmap to better understanding, healthier habits, and permanent lifestyle change that will not only make you look better in a swimsuit, but also feel better at all times. And maybe that’s this book’s greatest achievement – to those who find ourselves trapped in unhealthy bodies, Isabel De Los Rios gives hope.
